1.Can a laser distance sensor detect clear glass?
The laser sensor is based on the principle of optical detection. The laser will pass through the transparent glass, resulting in a certain probability of missed detection. We suggest that when using it for scenes with glass, you can add some auxiliary reflection methods, such as pasting frosted stickers, or with other non-optical sensors as a supplement.
2.Are Laser Rangefinder Sensors Harmful to Eyes?
Seakeda's laser range sensor adopts class I and class II laser eye safety standards, and its laser intensity is small to cause damage to the eyes.
