Industrial laser distance sensors are generally composed of lasers, detectors and measuring circuits. The basic principle of measuring distance with laser transit time is to determine the target distance by measuring the time required for the laser to travel to and from the target. It has many advantages such as non-contact measurement, small measurement area, high-speed data acquisition, solid-state design and flexible operation. Laser ranging sensors realize non-contact automatic detection and control without manual operation, and are used more and more in the field of automation. Currently, Seakeda has several series of industrial laser measuring sensors.
Our products can be divided into three types: phase type, pulse type and TOF type. Each type is divided into different series based on distance/accuracy etc.
Today I will introduce the phase series, we have B series, M series, S series.
If you need to measure long distance and high precision, then using our B91/B92 series is a good choice, it can measure 100m or 150m, high precision 3mm, frequency has 3HZ, 10HZ, 20Hz multiple options, fast response time , the data error is small. RS232 and RS485 industrial interfaces.
Need a short distance, you can choose our M91 and M92 sensors, which can measure 40m and 60m, 3Hz and 8Hz, beautiful size, 69*40*16mm.
The most popular sensors are our S91 and S92 series, miniature ranging sensor, 63*30*12mm, small size, suitable for integration, 1mm accuracy, but can measure 10m or 20m.
The special model JCJMSS is Seakeda’s high protection IP67 industrial grade laser distance sensor, dust and water resistant, with a measurement range of 100 meters and 150 meters, ideal for outdoor use.
Secondly, the Seakeda long-distance pulse series can measure 400m, 700m, and 1200m. Compared with the long-distance laser sensor, it can meet the needs of customers for long-distance projects. More importantly, the size of the long-distance sensor is so small, 43*35*21mm.
Finally there is the high frequency tof lidar sensor series, an amazing laser ranging sensor with frequencies up to 3000Hz, the first choice for fast moving objects under test. What’s more, we have different data, measuring 150m frequency 100Hz; measuring 200m frequency 400Hz; measuring 60m frequency 3000Hz.
